Bill and Mill traveled extensively throughout their married life, both in the United States and abroad. He was an avid woodworker, making all those he loved memorable pieces that are treasured. Bill retired from Westinghouse with over 30 years of service, working on many projects such as Nautilus Submarine, the rocket engine for the NERVA project in Las Vegas in Area 25, also he has a "brick" located on the walkway at the Atomic Museum in Las Vegas, Nevada.
