William "Billy" Vance Moeller

Age 40, of Westwood, formerly of Green Tree, died in a car accident on Friday, January 27, 2017. Born on May 20, 1976, Billy was the beloved son of William P. Moeller (Judy) and the late Linda Moeller Gillespie (Boe), the "little" brother of Laura Moeller (Matthew Snodgrass), the loving uncle of Patrick Moeller and Finn Snodgrass, the only nephew of Ruthann Vero (Ted) and the youngest cousin of Carl Vero (Dawn). He was a graduate of Keystone Oaks High School and a member of the Iron Workers Local Union #3. Billy will be remembered for his infectious laugh, storytelling talents, and loyal friendships.
