Age 88, of Pittsburgh, PA, passed on to her heavenly home on Sunday, September 26, 2021, at The Hospice of Cincinnati, surrounded by her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and her loving family. Her passing was a true celebration of her life. Shirley was a lifetime dedicated resident of Pittsburgh until her last year of life where she lived in West Chester, Ohio, with her daughter. Shirley was born January 8, 1933, to Rose and Seth Thomas. Shirley was married to Karl Daniel Schultz October 29, 1955, and was widowed in 1971. She had 4 siblings, Owen, Lee, Bill, and Nancy. She is survived by her sister Nancy (Jim) Patterson of the Villages, FL. She is also survived by her 4 children, Jeff (Sharon), Tim (Nancy), Tracy (Jerry), and Karl Jr. (Alice), 14 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 16 nieces and nephews. She had a very diverse and successful career working for her church, (Wallace Memorial Presbyterian), National Draeger, and Coldwell Banker. A memorial service will be held at Unity Presbyterian Church, 1146 Greentree Rd., on Tuesday, October 5, 2021, at 12:00 noon. Reception lunch to follow.
