After a short illness, on Wednesday, November 1, 2017. Daughter of the late Thomas P. and Margaret (Cassidy) Mulvaney; sister of Mary (the late John) Clayton, Peg (the late John) Abramowicz, Anna (Don) Capriotti, James (Cathy) Mulvaney, Virginia (Ed) Gates, Joseph (Nancy) Mulvaney, Betsy (Mike DellaVecchia, and the late Thomas Mulvaney, Jr.; also numerous nieces and nephews. Sheila worked for 20 years at US Airways and retired from Allegheny County Family Division.
