Age 89, of Dormont, on Thursday, June 25, 2020. Beloved wife for 54 years of the late F. Regis Cyphers, Jr. Dear mother of Deborah (Darryl) Egler, Barry (Denise) Cyphers, Kathleen (Jeff) Kirk, Robert (Ellen) Cyphers, Dolores (Terry) Nypaver, Stephen (Lisa) Cyphers, Elaine Cyphers, Edward Cyphers, Barbara (Deacon Joseph) Kralik, Paul (Megan) Cyphers and the late James Cyphers and infant Ann Cyphers. Sister of Cyndi (Tom) Hartwig and the late Margie L. Draskovich, JoAnn Chizmar, Robert, and Richard Grupp. Also 17 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Eleanor's Catholic faith and large family were the two core passions in her life. She always put her children's needs ahead of her own and never quit worrying about them long after they were grown. She was an amazing seamstress and magically produced beautiful matching dresses for her daughters while the rest of the world slept. She also loved to garden and received many compliments from strangers passing her award winning and abundantly blooming front yard. She was funny, caring, and selfless and will be greatly missed by the many loved ones she leaves behind. Friends welcome Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at WILLIAM SLATER II FUNERAL SERVICE, 1650 Greentree Rd., Scott Twp. 15220. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Teresa of Kolkata Parish St. Pius X Church site, Thursday 11:00a.m. www.slaterfuneral.com
