Age 73, of Collier Township, formerly of Pittsburgh, peacefully on December 25, 2020, surrounded of his loving family. Preceded in death by his parents, Charles Sr. and Florence (Ignasky) Magilson. Loving husband of 50 years to Maxine (Scholz) Magilson. Beloved father of Megan Vennero and father-in-law of Vinnie Vennero. Loving Popa of Vincent and Leah. Survived by Jackie Karnek (Steven), Janice Ising (Joseph), Maggie, Sue Malley (Scott). Preceded in death by brothers Jim and Buddy. Chick was also survived by many loving in-laws, nieces, and nephews. Chick was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and served his country in the Vietnam war. A special thank you to the staff at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, who provided excellent care to Chick. He was a lifelong member of the W. E. Pulaski, an avid golfer and fisherman. His best times were spent with family, friends, and especially Vincent and Leah. Family and friends will be received on MONDAY, December 28, 2020, from 1-7 pm at WILLIAM SLATER II FUNERAL SERVICE (412-563-2800), 1650 Greentree Rd., Scott Twp., 15220. Services and burial for "Chick" will be held privately for the family.
