Carmen Lewis Vertullo
Age 91, of Pittsburgh, on Monday, July 10, 2017. Beloved wife of 34 years to Bernice Lawrence Vertullo; son of the late Anthony and Marie (VanHorne) Vertullo; father of James, David, Robert (Linda), and Susan Vertullo; step father of James (Geri) Clair, Stephen Clair, Julia (Michael) Gibbon, Laure Clair, John Clair, and Joseph (Sheri) Clair; brother of Mary Cava and Elinor Donahue; brother in law of Kay (late Sonny) Vertullo; 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Carmen was a member of Guardian Angels Parish, retired 30 year veteran of the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police, an Army veteran of WWII (778th Tank Division 3rd Army), and a wounded warrior.
