I'm so sorry for your loss. I just know that he's not in pain any more.

RIP Al. We had a lot of laughs together.

I just want to give my condolences to the Hilla family. Al was an amazing man. I worked with him for his entire time at Scott Electric. We were all very sad when word spread of his passing. Everyone commented on how strong he was to keep working while he was going through chemo and various treatments. He was definitely a tuff old school blue collar guy from Pittsburgh. But he was also very kind and made work more enjoyable.

But he was also very kind and made work more enjoyable. I always knew what time it was cause he always showed up one hour before his shift. Then he would have his coffee and make his rounds to chat about whatever was going on. EVERYONE got along with Al and are thankful that we were able to work with him over the years. I enjoyed texting back and forth even after he left. I know he was proud of his family and roots in Pittsburgh and the military. I will never forget how kind and funny and strong he really was. He was a great man and it was a privilege to work with him and become friends. I know he is in a better place and hopefully some day we will meet again.

You will be missed by everyone that knew you. When the 4th of July comes around each year you will be on the minds of family and friends. The party won't be the same without you.
