I always expected I'd have an opportunity one day down the road to share more personally with Andy of my particular admiration for him. You see, my parents had lived in the house next door since 1977 and some years later after all of us kids were long gone, Andy and Gigi became neighbors. My mom passed in 2009, but I still recall her talking of Andy and Gigi and their darling little girls. In the intervening years dad has

Every time I was assigned a project with Andy, or if he just called or emailed me, it made me happy. We talked about family, fishing, boating, and sometimes we would even talk about work :) Having said that, professionally, Andy was beyond fantastic. Our customers felt the same way (I've had several tell me).
He wasn't just a co-worker. I considered him a friend.
Andy added a lot of joy to my life. He will be missed beyond my ability to express.

Andy was such a kind, caring neighbor to my dad and the whole community. A great family man and handy with everything, he was always out doing something in the yard or with one of his outdoor interests, or having a block picnic...

I can still hear his cheery hello when I'd step out to the yard next door with my dogs. He will be greatly missed!
Blessings of comfort to all his family!

What a horrible loss. Andy always made people feel accepted. He was so funny and had the best stories to tell. He was deeply loved by his wife, children, family and friends, I was blessed with having so many great memories of Andy for over 23 years. Our last time spent together was recent. Andy made all of us laugh as usual. I know I will surely miss him. My deepest sympathy to his family. May you Rest In Peace my friend

Andy's Family,
I was so sorry to hear of Andy's passing. I have many good memories of college and spending time with him and the other brothers. Time may be long, but the memories last. May you find comfort knowing he's in the presence of our Heavenly Father. Prayers for comfort for the family. Until we meet again.
Brother and Friend

Although I did not get a chance to work with Andy directly, the interactions I had with him at Integration Partners were always warm and genuine.

You could always tell by his tone and mannerisms he really cared about his customers and his co-workers. His humor and upbeat attitude will be missed!

Condolences to Gigi, to the entire Richardson Family, and to Andy's friends network too!

Sincerely,
Sam Lotto
